We love capturing the joy and energy of our classes! Occasionally, photos and short video clips may be taken during sessions to use for Groovology’s website, social media, and promotional materials.
If you do not want your child featured, please let us know in writing at the time of registration so we can honor your request.

- Tuition:
💲 $45/month per student, per class
📝 A one-time $60 enrollment fee is due at sign-up. (The enrollment fee helps cover class supplies, teacher pay, and bookkeeping costs.)
Paying in Full? If you choose to pay for the entire 9-month season upfront, the registration fee is discounted to $30 as a thank-you!
➡️ This fee is only charged once per student, even if they enroll in multiple classes.
➡️ Enrollment fee is waived for homeschoolers!

- Class Commitment:
Each class runs on a 9-month program (September–May).
To avoid charges for the remaining 5 months, students must withdraw by December 31st.
- Performances:
Since this is our first year expanding, we are currently planning a fun and simple End-of-Year Performance rather than a full showcase.
👀 However! If interest and sign-ups are strong, this may grow into a full showcase-style event later in the season. Stay tuned—we’re building something special together!
- Dress Code:
Proper attire—including required shoes for each class—is important for safety and participation. Please check each class description for dress code details or reach out if you’re unsure.
- Photos:
Class photos will be scheduled later in the season—details coming soon!
- Me & My Groovy Adult (Saturdays):
This class is month-to-month with no long-term commitment.
If you wish to stop attending, please cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
- Missed Classes:
Due to our current class schedule, we are unable to offer make-up classes at this time. That said, missing one class will not set your child back, and we appreciate your understanding. We’ll update families if make-up options become available in the future!
- Arrival & Pick-Up:
We have one shared studio, so please arrive on time to help us stay on schedule.
Some classes will offer a chance for parents to sit in and observe, but for the most part, we want your child’s progress and end-of-year performance to be a delightful surprise!
There is a small waiting area available for parents during class time.
✨ Please make sure your child uses the bathroom before class begins so they don’t miss any valuable grooving time!
- Behavior Expectations:
We strive to create a fun, focused, and inclusive environment. All students are expected to show kindness, listen to instructors, and respect their classmates.
Repeated disruptive behavior may result in removal from class. Without a refund.
- Refunds & Cancellations:
All classes are billed automatically each month.
Enrollment fees are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please notify us before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

- Our Teachers:
All of our instructors are professionally trained, hold degrees or certificates in the classes they are teaching, or were members of recognized professional dance organizations or a licensed Zumba instructor. Most importantly, they’re passionate about helping kids build confidence, coordination, and creativity through movement and music!
