                                 Groovology LLC: Terms and Services for Online Booking

By signing up for classes at Groovology LLC through our online booking system, you (the customer) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

• All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the class.
• We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and other online payment methods.
• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

• Class Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled class time are eligible for a full refund or class credit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class are non-refundable.
• Class Cancellation by Groovology LLC: In the event we need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional cost.

• Customers are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled class. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join the class, and no refund will be provided.
• It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the child is physically fit to participate in the class. Groovology LLC is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur as a result of participation.

• By enrolling your child in a class at Groovology LLC, you acknowledge that participation in fitness and dance activities involves physical activity that could result in injury. You agree to release and hold harmless Groovology LLC, its employees, and instructors from any claims or liabilities arising from your child's participation.

• All participants are required to adhere to our health and safety guidelines. Children showing symptoms of illness will not be permitted to participate in the class.
• Parents/guardians must inform the instructor of any allergies or medical conditions prior to the class.

• Groovology LLC may take photos or videos of classes for marketing purposes. By signing up for a class, you consent to the use of these images or videos, unless you notify us in writing that you do not wish your child to be photographed.

• Groovology LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review these terms regularly.
